We are looking for an Electrician to join the responsive repairs team to provide a high-quality service while undertaking maintenance work on tenanted and vacant properties operating across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and South Cambridgeshire.

Responsibilities:

Completing a wide range of electrical maintenance within tenanted properties including CCU upgrades, fault finding, accessory changes and ensuring that the properties are safe, compliant and habitable.
Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Apprenticeship or equivalent
Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations - BS7671:2018
Level 3 Award in the Periodic Inspection & Testing and Certification of in-service Electrical Installations (QCF) or equivalent
