Executive Assistant, Letchworth

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

This is an amazing opportunity for a senior executive assistant to work locally, receive a very competitive salary/benefits package and work for a supportive, highly professional organisation.

This position is providing administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, CDO, CCO (C-Suite) and wider senior management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support the CEO company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow
  • Manage communication between senior leaders and employees as needed, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
  • Plan and manage work to ensure the CEO’s priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices upheld.
  • Organising diaries and setting up meetings for the C-Suite and wider senior leadership team, as required
  • Managing global travel arrangements for the C-Suite (and others as required), which includes arranging flights, cars, hotels, visas, ESTAs and preparing detailed travel schedules.
  • Sourcing and arranging suitable venues for meetings, conferences and dining
  • Creating letters and other documentation
  • Creating presentations on behalf of the members of the C-Suite
  • Sitting at executive meetings, when required to produce agendas and minutes.
  • Devising office systems and best practices for the working environment
  • Selecting and organising corporate entertainment
  • Handling expenses for the C-Suite (and others as required)
  • Screening telephone calls
  • Adhoc support for HR

The ideal candidate would be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. You will have a strong business and commercial acumen, the utmost confidentiality, flexibility and accountability.

You will possess impeccable organisational skills and the ability to understand complex situations. Strong influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to form effective working relationships with people at all levels

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

There will be an opportunity for hybrid working once this position is fully engaged.
