As a Mechanic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our factory operations by assisting mechanics with stripping, maintenance, and other essential tasks. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist mechanics with the disassembly and assembly of machinery and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing on factory equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to the mechanics
- Clean and lubricate machine parts as required
- Support the team in maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in mechanics and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Good communication skills
- Basic problem-solving skills
