Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations as requested by customers
  • Source requested parts from a range of suppliers
  • Liaise with suppliers and couriers regarding delivery dates
  • Load purchase orders onto the system ensuring pricing and part numbers are correct
  • Run weekly open order books to ensure all deliveries are on time in full
  • Create repair orders and ensure that quotes received are in line with market value
  • Check repair orders progress with the relevant repair shop and expedite where possible

The successful candidate will have:

  • Attention to detail and good telephone manner required.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • IT Literate Inc. Word, Outlook & Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
  • A "can do" attitude with a positive, patient, and assertive nature.
