We're on the lookout for a highly organised and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join my clients’ friendly team in Letchworth.

If you're someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, loves a bit of variety in your day, and has a knack for building positive relationships, you might just be the perfect fit!

Imagine your day kicking off by ensuring all the latest sales orders are accurately logged and processed, setting the wheels in motion for customers. You'll be the go-to person for the sales team, providing crucial administrative support that helps them focus on what they do best - connecting with clients.

From answering customer queries with a smile (whether over the phone or via email) to keeping the system up-to-date and generating insightful sales reports, your contributions will be essential to the daily operations and overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer orders onto the system from various sources (email, phone, online)
  • Send order acknowledgements and confirmations to customers
  • Monitor the status of orders and keep customers informed of any delays or issues.
  • Processing changes or cancellations to existing orders according to company policy
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications from customers regarding orders, products, or services.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
