Info about what the Head of Quality role entails
The role of Head of Quality will be part of the operational leadership team and will have a significant amount of hands-on day to day issue resolution and management with the key challenge will be to rescope the approach to safety and quality driving improvement in performance. Other responsibilities include:
- Developing the team including skills and succession planning
- Monitoring compliance to quality standards, managing nonconformities to resolution
- Participate in strategy development to grow the business
- Having a big say in Implementing processes and standards
Requirements of the Head of Quality role
- Engineering Background
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment
- Experienced in team leadership and development
