Telesales Executive

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales? We're seeking a talented Telesales Executive to join our clients’ growing team in Letchworth Garden City.

This role offers the opportunity to engage with warm leads, providing expert guidance and converting them into valuable sales. We're looking for someone with a captivating personality who can shine on the phone and is eager to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities:

  • Contacting warm leads to discuss their training needs and recommend suitable courses.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the product range, including course content, pricing, and benefits.
  • Guide potential customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Establishing rapport with potential customers, building trust, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in sales would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Computer literate, including MS Excel
  • The ability to work as part of a team
