Human Resources Manager - Roles and Responsibilities:

Standalone HR Management Role:

Employment Law - Provide advice to Directors and Managers and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Resourcing - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support the company's growth
Develop strategies for talent retention, employee engagement, and succession planning
Relations - Manage employee relations including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, performance, absence, reward and organisation changes.
Employee Wellbeing - Manage the company's wellbeing programs and initiatives, focused on mental health, diversity, and work-life balance.
HR Matrix - Analyse HR data to report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as absence rates, employee turnover, and productivity.
Performance Management - Implement and oversee performance management systems. Support and train managers, empowering them to lead on employee relations and maximise team effectiveness.
Reward and Compensation - Implementation and management of Company benefit schemes. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive salary structures and manage employee benefits packages, including health insurance, pensions, and other perks
Training - Identify training needs across departments using skill matrix and collaborate with management to implement effective training solutions.
Communication - Manage the internal communications within the UK. Provide a link between the directors and members of staff to communicate key issues.
Corporate Social Responsibility - Lead the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Team to drive the Company's CSR initiatives.
Marketing - Support the marketing strategy to promote the employee culture on social media.
Ensure the company's HR policies and practices are in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Regularly update and communicate policies and provide guidance on employment law and best practices.

Office Management

Facilities Management - Manage the site facilities and oversee major refurbishment projects.
Health and Safety - Support the company's H&S responsibilities.
Events - Plan and coordinate company events and charity efforts.

The right candidate will have the following skills and background:

You will need to be a dynamic individual that can demonstrate the ability to work:

In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Ability to provide legal advice to management and ensure policies align with regulatory standards.
Proven experience in a standalone HR or similar multifaceted role.
Strong recruitment and talent management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in software systems, data analysis tools, and office systems (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint, Excel).
High attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

To be considered for this opportunity:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
Ideally CIPD Level 5 as a minimum or equivalent level of experience
Excellent generalist experience and confidence to take ownership and initiate ideas
Strong communications skills and be able to work as part of an international team
The ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing requirements
Be self-motivated, able to work independently and be confident to work closely with the Directors.
