RedRock Recruitment is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a permanent role in Letchworth.
Candidates must possess a valid CSCS card, SMSTS certification, and a 5-day first aid qualification.
Experience with Snag-R and Field View software packages is required.
The role involves overseeing the construction of 5 blocks of apartments totaling 59 units for a leading developer.
Applicants should have experience delivering a similar size and value new build residential site from start to finish, with a start date in March or April.
