- Leading and supporting a growing team across customer service and warehouse operations.
- Ensuring exceptional service is delivered to customers at every stage.
- Overseeing daily tasks, including order processing, stock control, and team coordination.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to existing processes.
- Managing escalations and resolving queries efficiently.
- Tracking and driving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborating with Sales Managers and other internal teams.
- Conducting team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
- Maintaining Health & Safety compliance and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
- Experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to perform at their best.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- Willingness to occasionally travel for industry events.

- Competitive salary of £33,000 - £35,000.
