Production Manager 

Monday – Friday
Salary:  £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

OA are recruiting for an experienced Production Manager, to join a growing business in Letchworth.

Responsibilities for Production Manager:

• Manage a team of 5, including appraisals, 1-1's and on going support
• Plan work schedule and allocate to team
• Maintain excellent health and safety standards in all production areas
• Responsible for quality control across production 
• Help identifty and implement productivity improvements 
• Review all processes and be forth coming with ideas

Requirements for Production Manager:

• Strong production background
• Qualifications or experience in Lean Manufacturing
• Experience developing a team 
• Must have a license and drive 
• Be open minded, proactive and hard working
