Transport AdministratorLocation: LetchworthHours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: £25,500 per annum Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience in transport or logistics? We are looking for a Transport Administrator to join a fast-paced and dynamic team in Letchworth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating transport schedules, ensuring timely deliveries and collections
  • Liaising with drivers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any transport-related queries
  • Updating and maintaining transport records, ensuring accuracy in documentation
  • Assisting with compliance checks, ensuring all transport regulations are met Processing invoices and managing transport-related costs
  • Supporting the wider team with general administration and reporting
 What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of transport compliance and regulations (desirable but not essential)
