• Leading and motivating a team of warehouse staff, drivers, and volunteers to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Managing stock flow and distribution, ensuring quality donations reach retail stores while identifying new opportunities for resale and recycling.

• Overseeing logistics, vehicle fleet maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Driving new revenue streams, including corporate partnerships, bulk charity stock sales, and community engagement initiatives.

• Ensuring the warehouse is well-organised, efficient, and optimised for productivity.

• Strong retail and warehouse experience (supermarket, large-scale retail, or charity warehouse experience is ideal).

• Previous Store Management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving operational success.

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to compliance.

• A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and maximise efficiency.
