  • Ensuring the warehouse is well-organised, efficient, and optimised for productivity.

What You'll Need
  • Strong retail and warehouse experience (supermarket, large-scale retail, or charity warehouse experience is ideal).

  • Previous Store Management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving operational success.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to compliance.

  • A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and maximise efficiency.
