Role Overview:
The Village Adviser will manage all sales enquiries in a professional manner, promoting our clients care home, assisted living, and independent living products. The role involves hosting client visits, maintaining the sales database, and ensuring the village's high profile within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing: Maximise sales and occupancy, accurately record enquiry progress, attend team meetings, and maintain weekend sales cover.
- Client Engagement: Host client visits, follow up on enquiries, and build relationships with key referral groups through networking.
- Presentation and Environment: Ensure the village meets company standards, report any issues, and maintain the security of sales and show units.
- General Duties: Provide relief sales management in other villages when necessary, develop good relationships with external bodies, and adhere to all company policies and statutory responsibilities.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the property Industry.
- Highly personable with excellent communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proactive in suggesting marketing initiatives and strategies.
- Vigilant in maintaining high presentation standards and ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Full UK driving licence
