AutoCad Trainer

Job Description:

Kingdom Rigging & Lifting is seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic AutoCAD Trainer to lead our Lift Plan Training courses. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AutoCAD, specifically in creating lift plans or engineered drawings, and have a passion for teaching and empowering others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging AutoCAD training sessions focused on lift plan development for participants with various skill levels.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Provide one-on-one support to trainees as needed, addressing questions and promoting a deep understanding of AutoCAD applications.
• Draft lifting plans based on project requirements, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for business growth and training program expansion.
• Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in lift planning and AutoCAD use.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative learning environment that fosters professional growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience using AutoCAD, particularly in creating lift plans or related technical drawings.
• Previous teaching or training experience, preferably in a technical or engineering context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in AutoCAD.
