Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training and development of staff.

- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet our high standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control to meet budget targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to create special menus and promotions.
- Monitor and improve kitchen operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
