Are you from an Engineering and management background looking to join a globally renowned business, where you can implement your own changes to lead a team of specialist Technical Support staff?

On offer is a chance to join a well-established family run business who manufacture bespoke electrical equipment. This opportunity will allow you to lead from the front and contribute to the continued success of the Service team.

This family run business are at the forefront of their industry, and work with state of art equipment. Due to a recent layoff, they are looking to add a Service Manager to lead and progress the success of the team.

In this role you will manage and oversee the UK Service team, making continuous short and long term changes and upgrades for the continuous improvement to the teams performance.

This role would suit an individual with managerial experience who has come from an Engineering background who is looking to lead a team of Engineers and progress their career within a market leading company.

The Role:

• On site management role leading a team of Technical Support staff
• Implementing continuous improvements to the UK's support requirements
• Ensuring the overall success of the support team

The Person:

• Managerial experience
• Mechanical Engineering experience
• Commutable to Lewes
