We are currently seeking a highly qualified Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join a nursery within a school located in Lewes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young children in a nurturing and educational setting, helping them develop and thrive in their early years.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will support the development and care of children, ensuring their learning environment is safe, engaging, and aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. You will assist with daily routines, contribute to creative activity planning, and help maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily routines and activities that promote child development.
- Contribute to the planning of creative and engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in childcare is essential.
- Previous experience in a nursery or school setting is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
