• Attention to detail.• Good hand skills and eyesight. • Competence in hand assembly work.• Experience in the handling of electronic assemblies (ESD, EOS, safe handling).- ESSENTIAL • Understanding of relevant procedures, standards, engineering and technical documentation.• Experience of using common test equipment. • Preferred - Experience of soldering and rework of soldering related faults.• Preferred - IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies.• Basic Knowledge of electronic component types and polarities.• Knowledge of company systems and policies.• A thorough awareness of any safety issues.• Computer literate
