Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Temporary Events Assistant to join our team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of an event, ensuring it runs smoothly and successfully. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Communicate with event participants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure all details are confirmed.
  • Help with the setup and breakdown of event spaces.
  • Manage event materials and supplies, ensuring everything is prepared and available as needed.
  • Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Assist with post-event activities, including evaluations and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of event details and participant information.
  • Support the marketing and promotion of events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
