We are recruiting for a Corporate Finance Manager to join the highly successful corporate finance team of a fast growing accountancy firm in the Lewes area, East Sussex.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be come part of of a highly skilled, award winning team who carry out a range of work including managing acquisitions and disposals, management buys outs, raising finance etc. You will work closely with partners and director and be responsible for all stages of a transaction including due diligence reports and valuations.You will work with owner managed, entrepreneurial and private equity-backed businesses from abroad range of industries and sectors so this is a really varied and interesting role providing a great stepping stone in your career in corporate finance.
About you:
- Either you will have already gained some experience as a corporate finance executive/assistant manager
- Or, be working in an audit/accountancy practice role and are now looking to move into corporate finance
- Probably ACA/ACCA/CF qualified (or nearly qualified)
- Good attention to detail, excellent presentation & report writing, and project management skills
- Ambitious and keen to pursue a career in corporate finance
