- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, resolving issues promptly.

- Ensure timely delivery of services as per client agreements.
- Track and address action points from client meetings.
- Previous experience within Financial Services, ideally in wealth management settingÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and diary management.
- A well-presented, positive, and team-oriented individual.
- Salary range: £30,000 to £35,000
