Dynamite Recruitment are supping a Chartered Financial Planning firm on their recruitment of a Financial Services Administrator / Client Relationship Manager on a full-time basis. In this role, you will collaborate with Financial Planners and the wider Team to ensure exceptional client service and communication are provided working to business processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, resolving issues promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and attend meetings when needed.
  • Organize and manage client meetings for a seamless experience.
  • Prepare client documentation before and after meetings.
  • Manage client needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support, keeping clients informed and confident in their financial plans.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services as per client agreements.
  • Track and address action points from client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • Previous experience within Financial Services, ideally in wealth management setting 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and diary management.
  • A well-presented, positive, and team-oriented individual.
Job Type:Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday.Location:Office-based, East Sussex.Benefits:
