Pertemps are seeking to appoint an Early Years Assessor to for work Monday and Friday (two days only) supporting students throughout the East Sussex.This role will require you assess and support learners working towards their qualification, ensuring that they meet the occupational standards needed to achieve successful completion in a timely manner.Duties include:Provide personalised initial advice and career guidance.Conduct comprehensive induction for learning programsPerform initial and diagnostic assessments for relevant learning opportunities.Introduce online learning portalCreate individualized learning plans.Track qualification progress data compliantly.Plan, coordinate, and support learning activities.Offer written and verbal feedback.Develop and maintain schemes of work and session plans.Create and source materials for vocational study.Deliver industry-focused teaching, coaching, and assessment.Conduct effective reviews with learners and employers.Engage in regular staff development and CPD activities.Recruit new learners and encourage progression.Commit to training for curriculum expansion and new technologies.Adapt duties as the FE sector evolves.Qualifications:Must have qualifications within Early Years/Child CareTAQA or equivalentValid UK Driving LicenseEnhanced DBSPlease apply with an updated CV or email
