Key Responsibilities:

Conduct MOT tests in accordance with current regulations and procedures
Identify and assess vehicle faults and advise customers on necessary repairs
Maintain accurate records of MOT tests and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Provide excellent customer service, offering clear advice and explaining test results
Keep up to date with changes in MOT regulations and vehicle technologies
Assist with general workshop duties as required

Skills & Experience Required:

Valid MOT Tester certification (Class 4 & 7 preferred)
Proven experience working as an MOT Tester or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanics
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for safety
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
