Location: Lewes

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (hybrid working after 6 months)

Our client, a leading company in their industry, is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to support their sales department in achieving business goals and maintaining excellent customer relationships. ?? As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the sales team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling and analysing sales data, generating reports and providing timely insights to the sales team
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals and helping identify new customer opportunities
  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Managing sales and customer databases, updating records and ensuring data accuracy
  • Coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and events including travel arrangements and logistics
  • Working alongside the Purchasing team to manage stock availability
  • Identify any improvements that could be made to the administrative processes

�? Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and interpret data effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team

?? Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or sales coordination
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in a sales environment will be an advantage
