The Manager, Digital Solutions will be at the heart of driving digital transformation and data maturity across the business, supporting the business to deploy technological solutions to business problems and delivering against our digital roadmap.
The post-holder will maximise our data capabilities and manage automation and system improvements that improve the Southdown experience for our clients, tenants and colleagues.
Leading a team of 7 people covering system administration, IT training and business process analysis, the Manager, Digital Solutions will oversee continuous development of our systems in line with Southdown’s strategic objectives. As a member of our Southdown Planning Forum, you will be closely working alongside our senior leaders to further develop the next stages of our Digital Strategy - building capabilities, driving efficiencies, improving services for clients and building upon our vision of One Southdown.
