Assembly Team Leader – Late Shift
Location:             Lewes, East Sussex
Hours:                  Monday – Friday, 12:00 – 20:30
Salary:                 £26,500 – £27,000

Are you a skilled assembler with a keen eye for detail and a passion for manufacturing? We’re looking for an Assembly Technician who is looking to step into a Team Leader/Supervisory position. The Role
As an Assembly Team Leader, you will oversee a small team and ]the assembly of standard products, ensuring quality, output, and efficiency targets are met. You’ll lead a dedicated team, provide clear guidance and support, and foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the assembly team to meet production goals.
  • Ensure products meet critical quality standards and deadlines.

  • Use hand tools, soldering, and crimping techniques as needed.
