Hours:               Monday – Friday, 12:00 – 20:30
Salary:                £26,500 – £27,000
Are you a skilled assembler with a keen eye for detail and a passion for manufacturing? We’re looking for an Assembly Technician who is looking to step into a Team Leader/Supervisory position. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a hands-on leadership role, ensuring high-quality assembly, efficient production, and a smooth-running operation during the late shift.
The Role
As an Assembly Team Leader, you will oversee a small team and ]the assembly of standard products, ensuring quality, output, and efficiency targets are met. You’ll lead a dedicated team, provide clear guidance and support, and foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the assembly team to meet production goals.
- Ensure products meet critical quality standards and deadlines.
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment.
- Use hand tools, soldering, and crimping techniques as needed.
- Collaborate with management to drive process improvements.
