About the Role:

We are seeking a CQC Compliance Manager to join our Operational Support team. You will report directly to the Manager of Operational Support and will oversee all CQC activity. Managing a small team, you will ensure we remain compliant with our regulator CQC and will support our learning disability services to meet or exceed the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in the CQC regulatory framework and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
  • Design and deliver plans aligned with CQC, identifying policy and practice changes where needed.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and leadership to managers.
  • Co-ordinate all CQC activity, including ensuring timescales for all statutory returns are met.
  • Oversee a programme of internal audits, and coordinate and report on external ones.
