Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Maintain a positive and conducive classroom environment.
- Ensure continuity of education for students during staff absences.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit different learning environments and student needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working in primary schools.
- Nurturing and empathetic nature, with a strong ability to understand and cater to the emotional and educational needs of children.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to different school environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with students, staff, and parents.
