Primary Teaching Assistant

Role Overview:

Essential Criteria:

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to varying classroom situations and tailor support to meet individual student needs.
• Patience and Empathy: Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards children's learning and personal development.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, support staff, and the wider school community.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and contribute to the planning and execution of lessons and activities.
