What you will be doing
- Working closely with our clients across the region you will manage the registration and track the progress of building and construction projects.
- Reviewing data daily and liaising with yourcolleagues, you willprovide up-to-date information and action requirements.
- Develop relationships with existing and potential builders and main contractors.
- Download the useful parts of enquiries from various portals..
- Building an "engine room " for the company.
What you need
- Strong customer service skills and an ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A positive and supportive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Understanding of construction drawings..
- To be a natural problem solver with the ability to deliver workable solutions
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or other databases
- Experience working with computer packages such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,etc.)

- Basic salary from 30,000 to 35000.
