Are you an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented individual? Join a growing Project Services team as a Project Coordinator and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services and administration to our customers. This is a temporary position for 8 weeks, offering12.89 per hour.

What Will You Do?As a Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of our projects by working with internal teams, mobilizing resources, and managing procurement processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing progress trackers and scope of works for all live projects.

  • Collaborating with the Customer Services Team, Sales Team, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Organizing and procuring the correct waste management facilities and audit services.

  • Managing document control for all project-related documentation.

  • Collating information for project-specific documentation such as O&Mmanuals.

  • Managing and distributing information from customer portals.

  • Ensuring seamless delivery programs are adhered to on site.

  • Collating and controlling project costs with support from the Project Manager.

  • Ensuring that the CRM and master project tracker are kept up to date.

  • Tracking project-related costs and variances.

  • Arranging and coordinating end-of-project demobilization.
