The role of an Flooring Estimator:
- Provide an outstanding 1-2-1 service to customers
- Engage with customers from the initial enquiry through to the delivery of the product
- Drawing up detailed plans and identifying any potential issues with subflooring etc.
- Support with raising sales quotes, invoices and ordering
- Provide guidance and advice on the latest products and designs
- Offer a consultative service to customers
- Provide any technical information as required
- Visit customers in their home for consultations and measurements
- Achieve sales and service targets
