Maths Teacher

We are seeking a talented Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Lewes, on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics, with the ability to engage and inspire students. The role is to start ASAP for 6-8 weeks.
Day to Day of the role:
- Deliver high-quality teaching to ensure students make accelerated progress.
- Use effective resources to achieve the highest standards of learning and achievement for all students.
- Communicate effectively with staff and pupils, maintaining a friendly manner.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with initiative.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative teaching strategies.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback that supports student improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A passion for mathematics and helping pupils thrive to meet their full potential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly manner.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Experience of working in a similar educational setting.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
