Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or a similar relevant qualification.
  • A genuine passion for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Prepare learning materials and support children in both academic and social development.
  • Provide one-on-one support and facilitate small group activities to help all students thrive.

Collaboration & Communication:

Strong communication skills are essential as you will work closely with:

  • Teachers, to help plan and implement effective lessons.
  • Parents, to support children's development at home.
  • Specialists, to create and follow individualised education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.

You will be responsible for monitoring student progress, helping to implement IEPs, and maintaining a positive, supportive environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.
