In this role, you will create an engaging and inclusive learning environment tailored to the needs of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will focus on delivering high-quality science lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.

• Plan and deliver engaging science lessons to secondary age students with autism.
• Support the emotional and academic development of each student, fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with support staff and parents to create tailored learning strategies and ensure effective communication.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
