Salary: £34,000 (excluding tips) – Negotiable for exceptional candidates

The kitchen has been newly equipped with state-of-the-art tools, providing you with everything needed to create outstanding dishes alongside a talented team. Accommodation is available 4 miles away, so a UK driver's license or a love for cycling is essential.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working to a minimum of 1 Rosette standard
- Previous Experiance as Junior Sous or Senior Chef De Partie
- A passion for fine dining and a commitment to excellence
