Your new companyA growing manufacturing business in South Ribble is seeking a Financial Controller to join their team, working closely with the Managing Director at an exciting time in their journey. Your new roleAs a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the accuracy of all financial reporting within the business. Your key duties will include providing financial insights to the management team, preparing monthly management accounts, and overseeing bi-weekly sales reports and weekly budget trackers. You will evaluate business performance, ensure compliance with statutory reporting, and handle cash flow management. What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will hold a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification, although someone qualified by experience will be considered. Previous experience in a senior finance role in a manufacturing environment is essential. You will be comfortable monitoring business performance, providing cost-saving, and profit-increasing initiatives to senior leadership, working with suppliers, managing relationships with various external advisors, and overseeing statutory reporting. What you'll get in returnYou will receive a salary ranging from £55K - £65K, plus benefits including life and health insurance, and 25 days' holidays. You'll work on-site at their offices in the South Ribble area.
