Location: Leyland, Lancashire
Salary: £31,692 - £36,192 per annum
Reporting To: Registered Manager
This is a very supportive provider with all their homes located locally ensuring colaborative working and the ability to pick up extra shifts in other homes. Furthermore training is done as a wider team giving you the opportunity to know everyone but also progress within differnt properties.

We believe in maximizing each individual's potential while respecting their wishes and promoting a fulfilling life.We solely operate 2-3 bed EBD homes all within a short distance of eachother allowing our entire team to help and support each other. We are also strong believers in training and internal progression.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in providing care and support services
- Ensure each individual's needs are met through effective assessment and care planning
- Support individuals in decision-making and promote choice and involvement
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of strategies for managing challenging behaviors
- Uphold health and safety standards and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in residential childcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Full UK driving license (desired)
