Are you an experienced Credit Controller with a knack for managing accounts and ensuring timely payments? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller Administrator to join a small, friendly family firm on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit environment and is looking for immediate employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger.Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices and payments.Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.Liaise with clients regarding payment terms and overdue accounts.Produce regular reports on aged debt and cash flow forecasts.Assist in the preparation of financial statements as needed.Collaborate closely with the director to streamline processes and improve cash collection.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar financial role.Proficiency in Sage 50 is essential.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and ability to work independently.Familiarity with financial regulations and best practises.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
