Our client with several industrial sites situated across the UK is looking for a skilled electrical engineer to support the Engineer Manager. As a Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be overseeing reactive and planned maintenance, and ensure high standards are met. You will be diagnosing faults, identifying problems on machinery, and implementing solutions.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
PPM, Reactive Maintenance on fast paced industrial machinery
Electrical Breakdowns and Repairs
Fault-finding on Electrical
Adhering to Health & Safety on site atall times
Working within a Skilled Team
Reporting into the Maintenance Manager
PLC fault-finding preferably on Siemens
Participate in continuous improvement projects, installations etc
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Time-Served Electrical Engineer
HNC/ ONC/ HND NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
FMCG Engineering Background Preferred
Fault finding ability electrically, with high voltage experience
Motivated to work in a team environment
Proven experience and driven to work in a fast-paced environment
