Role Overview:We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to become a valued member of our team. Your primary role will involve creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their holistic development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing a safe, engaging, and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
  • Providing personal care, including assisting with toileting for younger children and babies when needed.
  • Demonstrating initiative to manage the daily operations of the nursery.
  • Working closely with team members and parents to optimize the children’s learning experiences.
  • Designing and executing age-appropriate learning activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year in childcare.
  • Legal Requirements: Right to work in the UK.
  • References: Must provide valid and contactable references from previous employment or educational institutions.
  • Safety Clearance: Enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities, along with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Personal Attributes: Compassionate, patient, and a deep-seated enthusiasm for working with young children.
