Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent care and education to children, ensuring they feel safe and valued
- Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and stimulating activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- A good understanding of child safeguarding and welfare
- Team player with a caring and enthusiastic approach
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one)
