Position Overview:As a Pre-loader/Hod Carrier, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects. You will be responsible for transporting materials, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring that the work site remains organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:- Load and unload materials and equipment at the job site.- Transport materials to various locations on the site as directed.- Assist bricklayers, masons, and other tradespeople with their tasks.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.- Perform other related duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Qualifications:- Previous experience in construction or a similar role is preferred.- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.- Basic understanding of safety practices in construction.- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
