Position Overview:
As a Pre-loader/Hod Carrier, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects. You will be responsible for transporting materials, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring that the work site remains organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials and equipment at the job site.
- Transport materials to various locations on the site as directed.
- Assist bricklayers, masons, and other tradespeople with their tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic understanding of safety practices in construction.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
