The firm is renowned for its work in representing clients in complex clinical negligence claims, helping individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries due to medical malpractice. Role Overview: As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, from initial investigation through to settlement or trial. You will work closely with clients to provide expert legal advice, ensuring that their interests are fully represented and delivering the best possible outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, including cases involving catastrophic injury, surgical errors, delayed diagnosis, and birth injuries.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, investigation, and case preparation, including drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Liaise with medical experts, counsel, and other parties to ensure the smooth progression of cases.
