My Leyland based client, a HGV manufacturer, is looking to recruit a fitters assistant to assist their busy team.As a fitters assistant, your role will be to assist the fitters to ensure timely service.

Duties will include;

  • Screwing bolts with industrial screwdriver
  • Preparing tools
  • Lifting and carrying
  • Any other relevant ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have some experience with power tools, industrial power tools would be advantageous.

This is a growing company, opportunity to take on further responsibility is a possibility.

Hours: 39 hrs per week 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm on Friday

This is a temporary role with prospects for the right candidate.
