They are now recruiting for a Plasterer to join their repairs and maintenance team on a temporary contract.

Rate: 17-18.00 per hour

Your Duties will include:

Responding to reactive maintenance needs / repairs by appointment
Complete all aspects of plastering work internally and externally to both void and tenanted properties
Working on damp and mould in properties

Requirements:

NVQ / City & Guilds in Plastering (must be able to provide proof of qualifications)
Have substantial experience in plastering, maintenance and construction within the social housing industry
Hold a full UK driving licence
CSCS card
Obtain good customer care skills
