We are seeking a line leader for a temporary to permanent position based in Leyland.
Candidates should have experience in similar roles, preferably in food, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors.
The role requires knowledge of Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures and the ability to work under pressure.
The position offers a pay rate of £12.14 per hour for a permanent shift from 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday.
Candidates should be prepared for a contract length of 3 months before transitioning to permanent employment.

We are looking for a line leader for our client based in Leyland. It is a temporary to a permanent position.

Candidates must have experience in similar roles ideal from food, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing aspects.

We are looking for people who can work under pressure and have a knowledge of Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures.

Duties:

Ensure all staff are working, checking they are carrying out designated checks, time that they are running at the correct speed at least once per hour
Carry out spot checks on the code checkers /packers
Report any problems.
Train new staff and support them.
Make sure all paperwork is being completed correctly.
Spot checks on packed products.
Maintain good housekeeping practices.
Highlight any issues before the line starts to QA, supervisors, management plus more.

The hours are a permanent 2pm - 10pm shift Monday to Friday .

Pay: 12.14 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
