Estimator Construction (Up to £60k) | 90% Remote / WFH

Sourced Recruitment is working with a well-established construction company in the Northwest, seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. This role offers a fantastic work-life balance, with 90% of the job being remote (WFH) only requiring one office day per week, alongside occasional site visits and meetings.

As an Estimator, youll be responsible for pricing a wide range of projects valued from £100k to £2 million, including:
? Window replacement schemes
? New build office developments
? Hospital ward refurbishments
? School extensions & police station upgrades
? Various public and private sector projects

Key duties include:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates, tenders, and budgets.

• Analysing drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

• Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes.

• Working closely with the pre-construction and project management teams.

• Attending client meetings and site visits as required.

? Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
? Strong knowledge of pricing refurbishment and new-build projects.
? Ability to work independently from home, while attending occasional office days and site meetings.
? Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of contractual requirements.
? Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
